Walter Dury, President of the Palatinate Higher Regional Court a. D., Member of the Constitutional Court of Rhineland-Palatinate a. D., Judge at the German Sports Arbitration Court, Cologne.

Mr. Walter Dury works as an external consultant for DURY LEGAL. Due to his many years of broad and in-depth judicial knowledge and experience, the attorneys at DURY LEGAL seek the advice of Mr. Walter Dury in strategic and procedural matters, if deemd helpful, whereby DURY LEGAL alone remains in charge of the mandate.

In 1974 Walter Dury joined the Rhineland-Palatinate judiciary as a judge.

After working at the Regional Court of Zweibrücken, he was appointed judge at the Palatinate Higher Regional Court of Zweibrücken in 1981. From 1992 to 1995 he was President of the Regional Court of Kaiserslautern, from 1995 to 2009 President of the Palatinate Higher Regional Court of Zweibrücken and at the same time Judge at the Constitutional Court of Rhineland-Palatinate in Koblenz.

Walter Dury has published numerous specialist articles and is involved in honorary offices, sports law and civil arbitration. He is also an arbitrator at the German Sports Arbitration Court in Cologne.
