A parnership between specialised IP boutique law firms for creating inbound and outbound referals
DURY LEGAL is a German IP Boutique entitled to represent clients at the European Trademark Office (EUIPO) and the German Trademark Office (DPMA).
Furthermore DURY LEGAL handles trademark infringement cases at German Courts and at the EUIPO, EGC as well as the highest court of Europe, the ECJ.
Currently DURY LEGAL administrates a trademark portfolio of about 3500 trademarks with about 6000 designated territories worldwide.
For DURY LEGAL - besides a competitive pricing - it is most important to create a win win situation between the law firms in which mutual inbound and outbound referals are reality.
As we "inherited" a huge trademark portfolio most foreign law firms attached to this portfolio might allready have their contacts in Germany or Europe and refer their outbound tasks to some major trademark law firms in Germany / Europe, because it has always been that way.
The string attached is, that this "correspondence colleague" might never refer anything back to them.
We want to change this and create a network of boutique trademark law firms that benefit from inbound and outbound referals wordlwide, mutually.
If your connections to your german trademark law correspondence colleagues are more or less agile and they never refer anythin back to you it might be off interest for you to take part in our following trademark partnership survey.
Our aims are:
- Consolidating our network of trademark partner law firms to one boutique IP law firm in a certain territory (trusted IP advisors of DURY LEGAL)
- High quality legal advice, responsiveness and reliability shall govern the partnership and must be assured;
- Optimizing the costs of trademark administration for the clients shall be reality;
- Creating a partnership of mutual benefit by inbound and outbound referals for the partners and also for DURY LEGAL. The partnership should be governed by an exchange of business, in which both partners receive an equivalent amount of trademark representations. This means, that DURY LEGAL will receive trademark representations in Germany (DPMA) and at the EUIPO in return for appointing your law firm as the representative for the trademarks registered nationally in your jurisdiction.
- IR-Trademarks are excluded.

After receiving the information, we will assess your information and will contact you within reasonable time.
Certainly, it is always possible to assign us with a test case in order to check if we operate responsible, responsively and professionaly before deciding about further steps. Vice versa we prefer this approach as well.
