Senior Associate - Head of Team Online Law - Business Development Manager - Data Protection Officer (TÜV)

Benjamin Schmidt has been a member of the DURY GROUP since June 2015 and joined DURY LEGAL in January 2016.

In his function as head of the Online Law / E-Commerce team, he is responsible for the legal protection and support of online stores, websites and apps. In his role, Mr. Schmidt works closely with the Website-Check GmbH, another member of the DURY GROUP. He is also responsible for maintaining legal databases and texts, among other things.

In addition to his function as team leader, Mr. Schmidt supports the attorney team in large mandates, legal advice in the field of IT contract law, as well as in research projects.
