Our Trademark Process
In the first step we draft a trademark study in which we assess the possibiilities and risks of a trademark application. After receiving positive feedback we will apply for the trademark in question. Each of our clients is assigned to their personal Account Manager whose role it is to oversee all services and communication with our correspondence attorneys around the world.

Our services address small commercial clients who wish to protect a sign in a certain country, intellectual property attorneys with multiple clients, as well as large businesses that need to protect their brands throughout their entire industry around the world.
